So why consider me as your accountant? Well there are many reasons really but I think the most important thing is that your adviser is friendly and approachable. I would certainly say this about myself as my phone is always on. My clients know that if the phone rings I'll normally pick it up, and if I can't take it I'll call them back later. As for my abilities, I worked for Duncan & Toplis, a top 40 firm across East Midlands, for many years so this is where I learned the trade. They gave me many skills and attributes, and now I can share these with others without charging the rates that I used to be charged at! But to be honest, advisers shouldn't call themselves "accountants" if they don't have the appropriate skills to deliver. Outside of work, I am a committed family man with three amazing boys. When I'm not playing with them (or being beaten up by them!) I enjoy most sports and gardening, especially growing my own fruit and veg.
