Following my enquiry, Muhammad contacted me early to help resolve my enquiry. I was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of my enquiry. On first contact he recommended a course of action that he intended to pursue. Muhammad requested a copy of the documentation he required in a clear and concise manner making sure that I understood the relevance of these documents. I am particularly impressed with the website of his firm. His services and costings are clearly displayed in an easy to navigate manner.

I was contacted very promptly, and Muhammad was friendly, professional and seemed knowledgeable. Ultimately I decided not to proceed as he provided me with a quote for his services, but it wasn’t totally clear to me what I would be receiving for this cost. In the end I was able to get the initial information I was after for free elsewhere so the services were not needed.

we had a call from Muhammad's colleague Nigel . very straitforward brief conversation - I needed some advice on tax liabilities etc on my modest savings . Nigel told me Tax Advice is £150 per hour plus Vat - I cannot afford fees like that , but I appreciated the prompt response and the clear indication of charges . So no business resulted but a professional response - thank you

First impression: very good. Quick to answer to my needs being the first to call me on the phone. Eager to meet my accountancy needs. For the rest, too early to tell being just at the very beginning of my dealing with Mr Moavia. Hence for now "only" 4 stars instead of 5. So far it seems a satisfactory experience.

I didn't use this Accountant, as I am a non profit, low turnover small Property Management service, and just wanted a one-off balance sheet for Companies House. This company was not suitable as they wanted to charge me a whole years fees. I did find a alternative business that could help me with my simple requirements without charging me too much. Thanks Carole Barnett

Actually, this client was looking for a bargain to complete account for £100 including accounts and Corporation tax returns. We are professional Chartered Certified Accountants and Chartered Tax Advisers and cannot compromise on our professional services for a small fee. We contacted Carole 2 times and clearly stated our fee which she disagrees. We wish her best of luck in her accountancy matters.
