Kevin is on a different level compare to other accounts. He is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. All reports are made on time and to a high standard. He is always available to meet personally when requested and provided a prompt and reliable response to any questions I have asked. Nothing I can think of what I would like done differently.

Yes I got the service I required - even if his verdict was that I would have to pay more CGT than I was hoping to have to pay! But it's better to know the truth!.

What could they have done better?

I really can't think of anything as he gave me considered advice and worked hard to present it in the most user friendly way for me. He also responded very quickly to any additional questions I had.

Kevin was unable to assist with my treatment of my tax affairs as he concluded that I had dealt with them correctly and could offer no options for improvement. To find ways of reducing the 40% tax rate applied to my income I would have to invest heavily in finding an off-shore tax haven under advice from a tax advisor. It says a lot about the country right now.
