When Vikas, came on board his services were very reasonable, and he gave us such wonderful support, we were so thankful for this being a small business - and he has been there every step of the way, always answering my calls when I need even the most small piece of information, and he always just seems to have it at his fingertips!!!One thing is for sure is that we would be very lost without Vikas.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

We needed an accountant for our property sourcing business. We needed someone who was knowledgeable and helpful. We are in total comfort with our weaknesses being outsourced to Vikas.

How has Vikas Joshi helped you?

As we are a new company, he gave us a very generous and unexpected discount. It was so much better than any other accountant we have spoken to. he helped us form our virtual registered address (which he paid for, for the first year!), our bookkeeping and tax returns. We are so fortunate to have found someone like Vikas. We are so thankful.

Most definitely. We couldn't be happier and would have no issues with recommending his services.

Honestly, nothing. I'd love to provide a helpful answer but I can't.

Our firm did not have an accountant for over a year as we could not find a suitable one, who would be both affordable and good quality.

So far, Vikas has been exactly what I was looking for - he is very understanding of our needs, always answers all the questions an explains what's best. He is very good at responding and easy to talk to.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

My previous accountant still wants to use Google Excel sheets to update and I need to manually copy all the transactions from Bank Statements to Excel and Categorize accordingly. Most of the time my previous accountant was busy and not in a situation to attend calls, I sometimes need to wait for days and the Email conversation was never easy for any accountancy work ( unless both the sides of the Call are accountants )

How has Vikas Joshi helped you?

He was able to integrate Capium online Accounting software with my Bank and was able to reduce my work load.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes probably all the shortcomings of the previous accountant are fixed here.

What could they have done better?

We can't go to old transactions in Capium to see how the categorization and VAT is handled. It would have been helpful to go back to previous transactions and see the Entries. This is something to do with Capium not with the Accountant.
