What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an accountant?

Needed someone to advise me in every aspect of business bookkeeping paye vat and self assessment.

How has Thomas Duffy helped you?

Thomas always makes time to help with whatever problem I may have, he will advise me on the best way to keep records and answer to hmrc I have been able to drop in on him at a moments notice and feel like I get a personal professional service from him whenever I need it.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes I have bee a client of Thomas for several years and have been highly satisfied with his service.

What could they have done better?

I don't think Thomas could do any more than he already does except for possibly home visits but that might be me just being lazy !

Growing dissatisfaction with my previous accountant.

Sadly I have nothing constructive or otherwise to say here. He has delivered exactly every agreed action agreed on time and on budget.

We needed someone to look after the payroll and keep on top of the tax returns and advise us along the way.
