I needed someone who could assist me with my requirements and who was able to advise me straight away.
How has ARIF PUNJANI helped you?
He is easy talk to and communicate with. He is always available. He always goes beyond his remit. He is kind and considerate when dealing with delicate matters. He is very good at what he does and he is a true professional and provides a personal and bespoke service.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes
What could they have done better?
The only thing would be that for example in my situation it is sometimes hard to get away and leave the office and I feel that if possible, it would be a great service for the acocuntant to come to see you. This did happen on one occasion and there was another occasion where this could have been possible however it was not to be, however I feel that this would compliment the service even more.
