Please provide a brief comment about your experience with Simon
Simon was knowledgeable and well informed about equity release as a route to care for my 93 year old neighbour. He provided impartial advice and patiently answered basic questions out of hours. We are not going ahead in the end due to a change in the neighbour’s circumstances but would have been in good hands if we had.

To be able to retire.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
The outcome was definitely what we were hoping for. The whole process went without issue and simon supported us through the whole process.
What could they have done better?
Not a thing. The whole of our experience was stress free, with a positive outcome. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Simon for assistance in equity release.

I needed work carrying out on the roof of my property, the work being unforeseen, and required funds to pay for this....
