Looking to reduce monthly mortgage payments in later life
How has Christopher Pratt helped you?
Enormously. We were needing to reduce the amount we paid monthly on our mortgage due to some enforced lifestyle changes and working hours reduction, meaning less disposable income. Christopher was professional and extremely knowledgeable, as well as friendly and everything was explained in a way that was understandable to the lay person.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes 100%. Everything was relatively stress-free and easy regarding settling the existing mortgage and putting this new one in place.
What could they have done better?
I genuinely cannot think of anything that wasn't handled efficiently and expeditiously. We are very satisfied with the standard and quality of the service we received from all parties involved. Their expertise in such matters was invaluable to us.

nothing, Chris advised us on all aspects both positive and negative, his advice was very helpful and done in a professional way, we had been given some very bad advice from another advisor who was not a member of the Equity Release Council.
