Ken Cadman

Ken spent the first 17 years of his career in banking, covering all aspects of retail and corporate banking but for periods specialising in mortgages, stock exchange services and corporate advances. During this period Ken qualified as a Chartered Member of the Institute of Bankers in Scotland. Ken’s next 30 years have been advising clients in mortgages, equity release and both personal and business protection, currently though mostly focusing on equity release. He obtained the Financial Planning Certificates plus the mortgage qualification CeMAP and the Equity Release qualification MAPC(ER). Ken has a wealth of experience dealing with people’s needs and is a good listener which he feels is vitally important in advising his customers. As a result of this approach Ken receives many referrals from his existing clients to their friends and family. Ken says “what motivates me is that I obtain great satisfaction from assisting people who have worked hard all their lives who find themselves asset rich but cash poor unlock funds from their property to improve their standard of living in their well-earned retirement.” Ken is registered with the Equity Release Council which is put in place for your protection and peace of mind.
