I have worked in Financial Services for 25 years and have a wealth of experience in all areas of financial planning. I am fully qualified and enjoy providing a personal service to suit my clients needs. My experience with Equity Release and Lifetime Mortgages goes back 18 years. I have two sons who have both graduated from university, my eldest from Loughborough and youngest from Bristol. I enjoy a range of sport and when I have time thoroughly enjoy travelling. I am lucky to live in a village in Surrey with my dog Marnie, which is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. I am proud to work at Viva Retirement Solutions and joined the award-winning team as I had worked with the Directors previously and know they have the same approach to providing excellent client service as I do. Just to let you know: Viva Retirement Solutions (Whole of Market) fee for arranging a Lifetime mortgage is £995 payable only on completion. Research has shown that some companies charge over £1,500 or 1.95% of the loan, whatever is greater, for this service including a letter of suitability. A lifetime mortgage is a long-term commitment which could accumulate interest and is secured against your home. Equity release is not right for everyone and may reduce the value of your estate.
