Having worked in financial services for over 30 years, as a manager, underwriter, and Specialist Mortgage Adviser for Nationwide Building Society, I know the importance of exceptional customer service and delivering on expectations which is why I put customers at the heart of everything I do. Throughout my career I have helped thousands of customers manage their way through life’s challenges, finding financial solutions to help them at every stage and when Viva was introduced to me as a company with a similar ethos I was keen to join them to further enhance my career. My focus is now to support as many customers as I can with their financial needs later in life by focusing on the Equity Release and Later Life mortgage solutions. I am married to my gorgeous wife Beth, we have a son, Alex and a cat called Archie. We love our holidays, sport, and try to enjoy life as much as possible.
