Having worked in financial services for over 30 years, as a manager, underwriter, and Specialist Mortgage Adviser for Nationwide Building Society, I know the importance of exceptional customer service and delivering on expectations which is why I put customers at the heart of everything I do. Throughout my career I have helped thousands of customers manage their way through life’s challenges, finding financial solutions to help them at every stage and when Viva was introduced to me as a company with a similar ethos I was keen to join them to further enhance my career.
