I have a wealth of knowledge and life experience having worked in Financial Services for 37 years, working in all aspects and types of mortgages from administration through to advice, I have also worked for a number of SIPP providers from an admin perspective, and have specialised in Equity release for the last 5 years. I now work for Aviva and have done for 2 years, I believe the products offered are flexible and suit a vast number of clients, and more importantly, there are no Advice fees when applying for your initial loan if you choose Aviva Equity Release Advice. I offer advice on lifetime mortgages from Aviva Equity Release UK Ltd only. My only goal is to ensure that my clients are given the right advice and that I help them achieve their goals in the most cost-effective manner, also that they are given the time and space to make sure it is the right thing for them to do. As I’m so passionate about this my advice and service are completely free, for the initial loan, there may be fees for additional borrowing. I’m a salaried adviser and therefore I receive no commission.
