Dealing with Katie has been like a breath of fresh air. We have reached a time in our lives where we know we would like to remain in our current house but are not in a position to renew our mortgage. Katie has talked us through all the pros and cons of a Lifetime Mortgage. She is clearly very experienced in this area and has been able to answer all our questions and suggest a possible way forward for us at a point where we were (reluctantly) facing the prospect of a major move. She is totally professional but approachable and put us at ease immediately. We would not hesitate to recommend her services.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an equity release adviser?

I wanted to sell my Victorian cottage and purchase a newer, more easy to manage, both physically and financially, property whilst at the same time, having some extrs cash with which to enjoy my "old age"

I feel so lucky to have had Katie "by my side" during my recent conveyancing, especially as my solicitor handling my case, despite being senior and a partner in her firm, appeared incompetant to the extent her lack of action and poor communication seriously jeopardised my sale and purchase. At times it felt like Katie was the only one doing any work on my case. Katie is certainly an expert in the field of Later Life Mortgages, and her knowledge in that field as well as the pitfalls of the conveyanncing process, really did save the day , and it was nothing short of a Christmas miracle that completion took place before everyone broke up for the holidays. Had it not been successful, I would have lost my mortgage offer and the new rates would have been much higher. The initial delay by the solicitor of about 6 weeks at the start of the conveyancing had a very seriour deleterious impact on the proceedings; at times it felt like Katie wass having to advise the solicitor! Katie was always understanding of my stress levels, always supportive; she listened; gave information and advice where appropriate and her comments were always useful. In my view she gave 150% to my case Katie you are brilliant and I will always be grateful to you
