I don't think anything could have been done to make it better. Everything was perfect.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an equity release adviser?

We had been looking at doing some improvements on our house and had already used nearly all our savings on some items that were not found when we had a House Buyers Survey done prior to moving. As we are getting older and less able to do the 'heavy' work, we needed to use some professional services to do the upgrades to the house which should then add value to the property.

Beverley was very able to explain things in such a way that put both my wife and myself at ease with the whole process

The funds we were looking to achieve have been released in a time frame that took us by surprise (we were expecting it process to take much longer).

As this is the only time we have done something like this we have nothing else to go on, but Beverley put us at ease right from the start.
