What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

After a discussion with our accountant about the possibility of setting up pensions he recommended Tony to us.

Tony has been great at giving us lots of advice and help. He has set up our pensions for us. He has given us some information about life insurance to check with our current life insurance policy.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes very quick and effective working from Tony and his team.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, everything has been taken care of professionally and efficiently.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My pension had been dormant for a few years, and my old IFA was looking towards retirement. I was in a position where I wanted to start contributions to my pension again, and wanted someone of my own vintage that I could trust to advise me until my own retirement.

How has Tony Walker helped you?

He has transferred my pension from where it was into an alternative arrangement with SJP which will hopefully give me better returns. He has also made me aware of Trusts and other financial planning instruments I hadn't thought about using.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

It's too early to tell as I've only been with Tony for a few months, but I've certainly felt like a valued client and nothing has been to much trouble for him

What could they have done better?

I can honestly say nothing. I never felt rushed or pushed into making any kind of decisions, and all documentation provided has been first class.

Helped me to arrange my pensions and explained the best way to do so. I had a investment plan with ST James Place already, so was happy to follow Tonys advice.

Up to date, the investment pension is doing well.

We are happy with the service we have received from Tony. He has been knowledgable, informative and very approachable. At present we are are not aware of anything that he could have done better.
