What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

As I was earning a good salary, I needed an adviser to assist me with investments and savings. This was when I first came in with St Jame's Place about 2005 and my adviser was Patricia Milligan. When she retired, Alan Rutherford took over, and has been my adviser till the present day.

Besides frequently keeping my self and wife aware of our finances, he has invested well for us.

Yes, we are more than satisfied with his investments and advice.

What could they have done better?

I don't think they could have done any better - and now that we use the ZOOM meetings it has greatly improved, the service from St James' Place, because we no longer have to travel for meetings.

Alan took over my St James's Place account as my initial Account Manager retired, I've had no problems with Alan, he's been available when needed and has assisted me well.

I'm not fully aware of the level of growth you'd expect but from my experience with St James's I've been happy with the growth of my pension and ISA

I'm sure some could say they could have done better but for me I've been happy.

Looking to achieve a higher interest rate compared to the high street banks
