Myself & my husband we’re both approaching retirement & we needed advice on all aspects of the process.

How has Ryan Yule helped you?

Ryan visited us at home on 6 or 8 occasions. He was so patient with us as we worked through the various options open to us. At one point we made a decision & then changed our mind a couple of days later. Ryan willingly returned with the different paperwork & went over all the implications of our choices answering all our questions. Nothing was too much bother.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. We are delighted with the outcomes from the options we chose, some of which we were completely unaware of.

What could they have done better?

I can’t think of anything.

Ryan arrived at my home on time and was very courteous throughout his visit, explaining the timescale involved for the work I required done. He left his business card so that I can make contact if required.
