What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to transfer a company pension to a private pension.

He listened to what was important to me. He understood my attitude to risk, which is low-medium and did not try to influence me to make decisions which would not be right for me. When a new product came on the market he explained clearly the pro's and cons of it to me and why he was recommending it for me, then gave me time to make a decision.

Yes, so far so good!

What could they have done better?

I did a review of my expenditure, which was very good and useful, however I found the cashflow report confusing and not at all sure what it was telling me. It was detailed and had obviously taken time to put together which was wasted on me, as I did not find the information user friendly. I was not clear what to do with or how to use the information in the report to make financial decisions.

Wanted to streamline my pensions and make sure I could retire when I wanted

Willaim has been extremely consistent in his advice and guidance. He is always patient without being condescending and is always accommodating when it coes to arrnagements for meetings/discussions. He gave me strong advice, and advice that has turned out to be very accurate, when it came to a risky decision to transfer a Pension DB fund on redundancy to a private fund. He has also recently advised my partner on her own pension fund requirements.

I have always seen a consistent result compared to the advice.

I genuinely am more than happy with the entire service provided at this time. Will is very client focussed, accommodating and reliable when it comes to following through on actions or commitments.
