How has Adam Rideout helped you since your last review?
Overall Adam has guided us through our financial planning and advice journey in a clear and concise manner. The annual planning meeting is a very helpful checkpoint which gives us reassurance on our financial position. In particular Adam has helped us through the complexities of pensions resulting in the optimal way to start taking some benefits. Additionally, Adam has supported us with our investments in a risk balanced way. Adam's support team are very professional, helpful and responsive ensuring an excellent service all round.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I have been meaning to get an adviser for years but have got to that age that my pension provider was contacting me about what I wanted to do with my pension. I was speaking to a friend about it and she recommended Adam.
How has Adam Rideout helped you?
Adam has looked at my pensions and investments and given me advice on maximising my returns and given me confidence that I will have enough money to have a comfortable retirement. Adam has also galvanised me into getting a will and LPAs in place, recommending a solicitor who gave some very good advice.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. I am now a lot more confident about my retirement and have someone who will monitor my pensions and make sure I remain on track.
What could they have done better?
I found the whole process to be very easy. Sometimes some of the tech didn't work seamlessly but I always found Adam's team very helpful in sorting out any problems. I believe that they are working on this aspect.
