I had a work pension that I had to take at 60. However, as I was still working, I wanted more flexibility in how I received the money from 'this pot'. I also wanted to invest this money so in the event of an early death my sons would have access to anything that was left.

Billy has been very good at explaining the various options available to me, the best way of drawing on these funds and in calculating what I can expect to live on when I get to retirement.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had my company from 2000 and Billy is and has a great adviser to look after me, after 5/6 years, My company finished just about Covid. Billy told me about the investments and this made me felt easy to speak and meetings.

Billy was an unbelievable man, a friend, helped me and my family. I had a terrible accident, I was in hospital 4 months - that was in 2022. Billy spoke all my family, made looking everyday to help. He seen in my hospital - in a way to tell me and looking the investments and pensions, to ensure we would be feeling fine.

Billy had an outcome was more 11/10. An outcome just brilliant and spoke a few days with Billy, it was a great day.
