We wanted to get the most from our savings and didn't know where to start
How has Tom Webster helped you?
Tom has been great in helping answer all our questions, and there are always lots! He's very professional and patient but also friendly which is exactly the sort of person we trust to help us.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Obviously we would like to see a better return but in this day and age we are seeing a steady return on the shares that Tom recommended for us, if one of them isn't performing particularly well then Tom will recommend moving to one giving a better outcome.
What could they have done better?
Not sure that anything could have been done better, it has been a very challenging couple of years but hopefully things will start to get better as the world starts to cope with Covid and Great Britain gets to grips with being out of the EU.

We were already with St James Place and Tom was assigned to us as our advisor

Tom periodically looks at our portfolio, he listens to our needs and then advises accordingly

Yes
What could they have done better?
We are quite happy with the service, even during lockdown we were kept in the loop about what was happening and who we could contact if we needed to. Virtual meetings were held and all was well.

Difficult to say.Possibly a reduction in charges, but that would be a corporate remit not individual.
