Hannah worked with us for nearly 2 years whilst we were trying to find the right house for us, and was so quick at sorting out everything needed to get a decision in principle, and mortgage offer! And once we were close to completion Hannah even helped us to chase people for answers to ensure we got a speedy completion!

During the initial meeting, Hannah gave a brief overview of her background and experience in finance. Hannah has a very personal approach, looking at lifestyle and listening to my future needs and expectations. From that and the information of my current portfolio, incomings and outgoings, she was able to give an easily understandable outlook of my current financial position going forward. With the available information, Hannah will now be able to advise my future portfolio requirements. Hannah’s costs were explained clearly during our initial discussion.

We had been told my our lender that porting our small mortgage was a simple affair - well it wasn't! I'd heard so many great things about Hannah over past years that we gave her a call and asked for her help.

Well I think Hannah deserves a superhero cape firstly she was so quick to see us, secondly the afternoon she came to see us the rates were set to change, but that didn't stop Hannah getting all the necessary info to submit the application that very evening. Hannah first of all asked what I wanted to achieve. which was to transfer my pension from my current provider to one that provides drawdown. After assessing my needs and my attitude to risk she researched the whole market to find a suitable provider. She then arranged the transfer and the opening of a pension with a new provider.

Yes, I've now received my tax free lump sum and my monthly pension has been set up.

I'm struggling to think of how she could have handled my case better. She is friendly, down to earth and always remembers its your money. She is very knowledgeable and very patient in answering your queries. She also keeps you advised every step of the way and replies to your questions promptly. All in all its been a very pleasurable experience dealing with her and I would recommend her to anyone.
