What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I inherited money from my late father's estate and took a lump sum from my pension when I retired. I wanted advice concerning the best way to invest some of this money to build up my capital for future needs.
How has Nick Rutledge helped you?
Nick took time to find out what I wanted to achieve with the capital that I had to invest and what my attitude to risk was. He clearly explained the options open to me and checked my understanding at each stage. Once I had decided the path I wanted to take he made all the necessary arrangements. He has also conducted regular reviews to ensure that my needs were still being met.

Nick has been very helpful in advising me, a complete novice, on how best to invest my lump sum. I have little knowledge of financial planning and so trust in your advisor is essential, Nick has always been clear, honest and open with me.
