Laurence was friendly and a good listener. He provided very clear advice, including enough information about their services for me to be able to make an informed decision, costs and the next step if I decide to go down that route. I didn't felt any pressure to agree to anything but feel confident that, if I do, I would be in really safe hands with Laurence.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I was seeking advice and assistance with setting up a pension pot. After searching for months for information and looking at what I needed to do, it's fair to say I was incredibly overwhelmed by everything and out of my depth to set it up and manage it independently.
How has Laurence Jackson helped you?
Laurence has gone above and beyond in assisting me, firstly explaining everything to me in layman's terms so I fully understood what I needed to do. He then reviewed and analysed everything and presented it back to me again, explaining the best course of action and the best place to put my money. It couldn't have been simpler. Laurence took a huge weight off my shoulders and made an incredibly overwhelming situation very straightforward.

100% Absolutely.
What could they have done better?
Nothing at all. Laurence made the process very easy to understand and straightforward to set up.

Very patient and very knowledgeable. Shared information in a really accessible way - listened to my situation and provided relevant information and suggestion of when would be the best time to revisit the conversation around suitable products
