Consolidating and transferring pensions to a new fund - the more I read up on it the more of a minefield it seemed.

When I started looking at consolidating my pensions and finding a new fund it became very clear that my knowledge was extremely limited! I honestly wasn’t sure where to turn and found the whole process quite stressful. I had also received some quite poor initial advice from pension company staff which had confused me. Janine took me through what I know can be quite a painful process for some and she made it all extremely easy and straightforward. She is so knowledgeable and her experience shines through. She has a very friendly and calm approach and she quite honestly removed all the stress. We have learned a lot during this process and have realised that we should have seen a financial advisor years ago. We hope to be working with Janine for years to come.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I feel very happy and reassured that my pension is now in the right fund after excellent advice and safe in the knowledge that she’s there for other financial matters if we need her advice in future. Couldn’t be happier.
