I was of retirement age, but I didn't want to start collecting my pension just yet as I was still working. My fund was underperforming, so I decided to transfer it so that I could build it in preparation for retirement. I came across James Carr and Cricket Hill.

How has James Carr helped you?

James walked me through the transfer of my pension fund. He then set up a drawdown pension for me. I needed to find a better way to invest some of my savings. James assisted me in investing that in my pension, which resulted in an additional tax investment from HMRC. That was something I had not realised. James has also assisted me in investing in a sustainable option, which is something near and dear to my heart.

Yes, I've been very pleased with the growth of my pension fund since James assisted me in reinvesting it.

At every level, the service provided by James, and I must also mention the team at Cricket Hill, has been very professional. I'm not sure how they could improve.

James was very patient and didn't move onto another chapter until I fully understand what I had (money wise) why I should move it, what I will pay to move it and what hopefully (as no guarantees with future performances) my investment could make.
