I wanted to regroup my pensions in one pot and wasn't sure how to do it. I also wanted some advice on the 25% tax free pension withdrawal when I reach 55.

Ben explained how my current pensions were set up and helped me understanding my options. When I decided to regroup my pensions, he dealt with the transfer process by communicating directly with my existing pension providers. Ben contacted me regularly to update me on the transfers and is always available for any enquiry I may have. I always found pensions policies difficult to understand but Ben's explanations are very clear and easy to understand. I trust his advices.

The True Potential web platform is prone to system errors and needs replaced. Ben, the financial adviser, did a good job except that he lost his cool because of my reaction to the system problem.
