Richard was polite, professional, punctual and very thorough. What I most valued aside from his thorough review of my pension provisions was the lack of pressure to go with his recommendations. A genuine all-round nice guy and a pleasure to do business with.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was looking to make more from my pension, and after some research and conversations, I decided to go with Richard. This helped going with a professional as I was a bit unsure of my success if I did it on my own.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had several pensions and didn't know where to start with them all and felt very overwhelmed. I chose Richard due to him being local and because he was willing to visit me at home.

How has Richard Pearce helped you?

Richard consolidated all of my pensions into one home and then has worked out a 20 year plan to ensure my pensions last but also provides me with the retirement i have worked hard for

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, Richard uses something called cash flow forecasting which we review yearly and gives me peace of mind that I am not spending too much in retirement despite all of my holidays and that my pension will last. I am not overspending.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, I feel lucky to have Richard mentoring me through my retirement.

We have had an advisor for 25 years, since receiving a substantial redundancy payment and more lately inheritances. We have recently lost our previous adviser, but are very pleased to have found Richard.

We have been pleased to have clear and concise explanations of his proposals with timely responses, and clarity about our responsibilities.
