Yes. It’s obviously a concern when markets fall sharply within a short period due to world politics/events, however the communication provided by Jack (and the team at Ilumiti) was timely and sensibly reassuring. The annual reviews are invaluable too to reflect, review and make financial adjustments.

I had a very useful and informative session with Jack. It has given me far more confidence with my pension options and given me the steer I needed to take a more active role in the management of my investments. It was also very useful to confirm that some of the things I have already been doing, whether by luck or intent, were actually the right sort of things that I should be doing.
