Its a pleasure to deal with Tristan. Always receive a prompt and comprehensive response either over the phone or through home attendance. I feel confident that his guidance and advice is offered in my best interests and acknowledges my personal circumstances especially in so much as I am very much a lay man in this respect.

What could they have done better?
I would have liked to have the options to view my portfolio on line and a six monthly reviews would be helpful.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had a lump sum that I wanted to get working for me and my family’s future. I don’t really know much about this whole area and Tristan was recommended to me.
How has Tristan Johnson helped you?
Tristan gave me advice on how and where to invest my money and made the investments for me. He is very knowledgeable, clear, personable and trustworthy. He made it very easy to get to the stage of having my funds invested in a way that I’m very excited about and really comfortable with. Such a good experience so far!
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
It’s early days but I’m hopeful.
What could they have done better?
I really can’t think of anything.... I am totally happy with his service.
