Philip was friendly, professional and polite though most importantly he simplified an area of pensions that I knew very little about. He answered questions accordingly, and helped me to make an informed decision about my retirement plan. Happy with service that was offered. Philip took me through a form I have to complete. He explained each of the options that I was offered and how they would impact on me. Any questions I had, were answered. I found Philip to be professional and would not hesitate to contact again if the need arises.
