At my annual review Debbie has always been very informative about the performance of my portfolio & explained all the factors that can either increase or decrease the value of the portfolio - she has also helped me to draw down an amount of money to help with expenses over the next year which was a great relief.

She has answered my questions on my state pension, which begins in November and also on how to plan with my wife Kathryn for future spending as we get older.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

20 yrs ago my husband and I decided we needed someone to look after our investments/savings and we chose Grant Thornton in Belfast. The company subsequently had to divest certain parts of their business but we continued with our then adviser (no 2) and she was succeeded by Debbie Connolly.

How has Debbie Connolly helped you?

We have stayed with Debbie since (through 2 companies) because she has taken such very good care of our investments, is always available if needed for any guidance, update or advice We could not ask for a better person to take care of us.
