What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I am a woman in her mid-50's and keen to understand how to best plan for my future.
How has Robert Stringer helped you?
Robert patiently looked at my monthly budget, salary and pension contributions and helped me understand the best way to save for my future. He also advised me on my status as an American citizen living in the UK and how to best protect my position. He is also the financial advisor to my husband so was able to take a holistic view on our family's finances and plans.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes I have put savings and pension plans into place.
What could they have done better?

My mother moved into a nursing home and sold her house.
How has Robert Stringer helped you?
Robert has provided very clear and balanced advice throughout. He has considered and explained the various option clearly and not put any pressure on us to utilise any particular option.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
The work is not yest completed but I am confident that the outcome we were hoping for (ie the appropriate investment of my mother's money to ensure her future care home fees are met) will be achieved.
What could they have done better?
I am very happy with the service provided.

I have had an investment with Stringer Mann for many years. Pensions moved after leaving company.
How has Robert Stringer helped you?
Further pensions consolidated and investment ISAs. General advice on my investments, Inheritance Tax and planning.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes, all investments have increased in value. Recent issues relating to SMP costs and charging have given me minor concerns.
What could they have done better?
Better charging structure and more transparency in costs incurred.
