The SIPP was set up a year ago and initially saw a steady growth, however since October the fund has fluctuated greatly due to world market and domestic volitility, howevr it was explained to me when setting up the fund that there would be periods of change and that a 5 year view should be adopted to get a better long term understanding of the fund performance.

What could they have done better?

Nothing could have been done better, everything was carried out professionally and explained fully and honestly.

My wife and I had traditional savings and when interest rates began to fall we felt we should look to investing our hard earned cash elsewhere to try and enhance our savings growth.

Paul and his team have given my wife and I excellent service throughout the managing our investments and providing important advice on everything financial that affected including pensions, ISA's, Unit Trusts and mortgages. Paul made regular calls and visits to speak with us and ensure we were informed of how our investments were performing.

The outcome of our trust in Paul and his team surpassed anything we hoped for in terms of a return on our investments and as I have recently retired we are on a sound financial footing going forward.

Every financial adviser would like to do better for his clients, after all its a win-win situation if everything comes good at the right time, and Paul is no different, in fact he strives to get the best for his clients day in, day out, which he has demonstrated to my wife and I on numerous occasions over the years.
