What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I wanted to release my 25percsnt of my pension and seek retirement planning.
How has Neil Welsh helped you?
He explained all of my options in great detail , letting me know the difference of each option. Then we got together again to discuss how to go forward.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes I have the out come I wanted and also can call on Neil at any time in the future.
What could they have done better?
I was happy with everything that was explained to me and felt very comfortable in the knowledge I was getting a very good service.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
the pension laws changed , being 55 i wanted to know the ins and outs of the new pension laws .
How has Neil Welsh helped you?
i wanted to know could i retire at 60 comfortably with my pensions + my partners pensions neil has a very easy manner , makes you feel at ease , as does the rest of his team nothing was to much trouble.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
yes very happy , my partner has retired , and i plod on for 3 more years . and with neils guideing hand over the years to come the future looks great .
What could they have done better?
nothing .

comfortable experience, very relaxed but informative, no pressure to take things further/sign contracts there & then, even recommends getting more advice before making a final choice. his whole attitude gave us the confidence to seriously consider a further meeting, armed with more information. pleasant person.
