Rob searched the market for a mortgage lender which directly fit my circumstances which meant that I could achieve the best rate for my personal situation. On receiving a mortgage offer Rob then undertook a review of my life insurance to ensure that it aligned with my current requirements.

Rob managed to source a suitable mortgage lender and insurance provider and kept me updated throughout the process answering any questions I had along the way. He also assisted me with a protracted conveyancing process for my new property which made things less stressful whilst working away from home.

What could they have done better?

I'm not sure I can fault Rob's performance on my case. He was very proactive in providing all the information I needed and in a timely manner so I was not kept wondering as to any developments. I will certainly be using his services, and that of The Mortgage Shop, in the future!

We have seen great results. We have prosperities let on BTL mortgages, producing good yield. We have also had good results when buying, refurbishing and reselling properties. His advise and support has certainly helped us achieve these resukts

AS I work outside of Blackpool, Robert agreed to stay late weekdays and also open up specially on Saturday to see me. Rob searched through a lot of deals and found the one that fitted my circumstances rather than just selecting the cheapest one or pushing one that would give him the most commission as a lot of other "Independent" advisers do!

Buying our first house, we didn't know what to expect, how things worked, or how much we could afford to borrow. We needed to understand our circumstances, and all of our options, so we could make the right decision for our future.

How has Robert Norris helped you?

Robert listened to us, and encouraged us to share as much as we could with him about our circumstances, thoughts, and plans, and took the time to understand where we wanted to be. He asked us questions, and relayed back to us what he had taken in, so we knew he understood us. Based on this Robert searched and found a mortgage that allowed us to buy the house we wanted, that matched our circumstances, from a provider we wouldn't have thought to approach. Robert made the whole process comfortable and relaxed, from before the search, up until the day we moved into our new home. He kept us informed, was approachable, and answered all our questions adeptly, and saved us time, money, and lots of stress. We talked to him about how we were hoping to start a family, and he helped answer a few questions and found us a life insurance policy that was right for us.

We love our home, and have enjoyed the peace of mind about being able to meet our repayments, and have our home and family protected, without the worry or stress of not being prepared for the future.
