We had inherited money and needed some specialist advice on how best to invest it for ours and our children's futures

I wanted to ensure my pension fund was managed to suit my circumstances rather than a default setting used by my pension provider.

With a minimum of annual meeting Ross and the team at Taylor & Taylor have explained given what i consider to be sound financial advice always providing the information for me to make informed choices about my ongoing finances. Nothing is too much trouble and if the team don't know the answer to a question raised during a meeting, they will find the answer and advise as soon as known.

My search for an advisor was to assess and maximise my finances and formulate a plan to enable early retirement

I've had regular review meetings and conversations with Ross and his team to initially set a plan for retirement and beyond. Following my retirement several years ago these consultations have continued with the same professional and caring approach throughout which gives much reassurance and confidence to live life to the full going forward

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had a number of small private pensions from previous employments that were not performing well, and I didn't know anybody at the providers to discuss this with. I knew that Taylor & Taylor had advised family members, and I knew they were knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Ross takes the trouble to understand my personal circumstances. Everybody's are different, and so often, organisations assume everybody is the same and has the same goals. This is not the case, and Ross understands this and has tailored a bespoke pension for me, and gives me advice that is carefully considered and wholly appropriate for me.

Yes. My pension is performing very well, and Ross is giving me good advice on other financial investments that I have.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, all is good.

I've been with T&T for many years & I'm a long term investor. I needed excellent advice to deal with good investments for my (relatively) high professional earnings & also an inheritance.
