What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I've been with T&T for many years & I'm a long term investor. I needed excellent advice to deal with good investments for my (relatively) high professional earnings & also an inheritance.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I approached Ross and Lucas following recommendation from some friends to discuss mine and my wifes personal plans to retire early and to get a steer on where we currently are financially and where we would be in 10 years and what we would need to do to make this option viable.

They basically grabbed hold of everything and put it all together into a pack with clear honest views and have guided us through everything. With multiple pension pots and lots of correspondence floating about previously, Ross & Lucas brought it altogether and came up with effective plan which have made things a lot clearer in our minds and the life admin for me has almost disappeared

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

partly yes in so far as life admin dropped dramatically, but outcome will not be known for 10 years. Ultimately we have a clear plan and i am confident that things are going in the right direction

I have been a client of Ross’s father for well over 40 years and have always been very happy with his services, so when Ross took over us as a client we were always happy knowing he would have inherited some of the skills from his father. We have been delighted with Ross since we have dealt with him, and glad to see that he is driving the business forward .

Having received an inheritance, it was important to understand how to manage the funds to achieve the best outcome for my family.

the outcome has blown us away, we have reached many of our goals and the satisfaction is immense. The worry has been lifted and we can get on with planning our life after work finishes.
