I needed help to invest when I retired.
How has Chris Miles helped you?
He is available to answer questions whenever I need help and reviews my investments and future needs annually.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. My investment is as secure as possible given the global problems at present.
What could they have done better?
I think he has done as well as is possible under the present problems with the stock exchange etc. He could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or pleasant under any circumstances.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I sought an independent Financial Adviser to help me to make the right choices for me when I retired. I was looking to make sure that I had enough money to do some of the things I wanted to do in retirement.
How has Chris Miles helped you?
He has helped me to invest money to make sure that I would be covered financially in my retirement. We talked through 'what if' scenarios to make sure all eventualities are catered for.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
It's still early days and of course we have had Covid, but Chris has given me a wide portfolio and has got me through the first 4 years of retirement.
What could they have done better?
Nothing. Chris is easy to get hold off if I have any questions. I am kept well informed.
