Divorce and consolidation of multiple small private schemes

How has Matthew Dudley helped you?

Yes Matthew coached me through the process of consolidation and a tax feee draw down at 55 which I needed to help my daughters finish school

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes I have a single scheme, I was able to use the draw down to keep me afloat and I was able to have the stress reduced with Matthews support at a time when I was under significant personal and financial pressure. I have a clear plan of what I need to do between 60 and 67 before i can draw my state pension.

What could they have done better?

Nothing, Matthew was empathic and helpful and continues to be with his yearly review.

Excellent service. Pensions are something that caused me bit of anxiety as I wasn't sure where to start. But not only did Matthew walk me through the fundamentals, he also set up an excellent plan for me and was patient and clear when walking me through it. Highly recommend!

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My Pensions were spread across a number of locations and some had been consolidated, we were in a quandary as to what to do next and so needed some support and guidance with Matthew.

How has Matthew Dudley helped you?

We now feel on track with a new pension and have access to the phone app and can see our funds. Matthew provides a Zoom call to cover our annual pensions review and we have asked any questions around pensions, savings, LISA's etc for ourselves and the family.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Its been a difficult year with the global instabilities going on but look forward to riding the storms with our pension.

What could they have done better?

nothing so far, apart from our lack of preparation and knowledge of our own finances, we will be more prepared for next review! Matthew stayed late on the call to provide the support we needed.
