Jim promptly contacted me and I was able to set up a face to face appointment at his office within a couple of days. Jim was very professional and was clear and unambiguous with his advice and explanation of the process.

Seemed to know what he was on about. Did not inform me well on products I already had though. Just wanted to sell me stuff rather than the financial advice I thought I was going to get.
