Minor mix up over arrival times but mr Lloyd said that he was 3 quarters of the way home in his car and would not be turning back when I recalled. When I challenged that he was that far in 17 minutes he then went rather defensive explaining he’d been calling and ringing the doorbell several times (once in actual fact according to my ring bell log and only one phone call) and he went into say he’d sat there waiting for 5 minutes before driving off. (So he was 3 quarters of his way home in 12 minutes, amazing progress in Bristol). I decided that regardless whether he’d decided to return or not that I 1st impressions count (and I’m just as guilty here I understand). But I don’t wish to work with somebody who isn’t attuned to customer care. Shame but there are other IFA’s.

This is the first bad review I have had in 15 years The original meeting time was 12:00 noon My first meeting finished early so I called to see if it was convenient to come earlier Simon agreed that 10:30 would be fine I arrived on time and rang the door bell 3 times I also called at 10:40 (loged on my phone) with no answer so left a message t0 say I was on the doorstep I then returned to my car and sent a text saying that I had called at the house and there was no answer this was at 10:43 when I left Simon called back at 10:57 said sorry he had no real excuse and had been taking a bath At that point I said I would not turn around and go back (whether I was a third of the way or half way back is a moot point) Inital meetings are not free them come at a cost both in time and money to the IFAFirst impression
