"Inherited" as a result of company policy before retirement.

By advising on investment policy and actions during retirement

What could they have done better?
Reduced confusion, regarding the draw down of funds, by advising on the time required by those involved to manage the process. However the problem apparently stems from unreliable information being passed to Argentis.
