Navigating the intricacies of the pension system during divorce is daunting, but I found the service offered by Naomi Keith and her team to be exemplary. Naomi is knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and seems really interested in the individual client. Everything proceeded in just the way he had outlined, and what could have been a trying process, was remarkably easy. I’m not sure that I was either able or willing to undertake the remarkable amounts of paperwork involved in pension sharing, but all of it was handled professionally and efficiently on my behalf. Most of the time, I just had to sign on the dotted line. I wholeheartedly recommend Aspire as an invaluable resource for anyone needing assistance with a pension sharing order & settling a stressful divorce.

We needed more specialist guidance on what to do with our investments and savings and to think about our long term financial goals.

As we have got to know Naomi and have become more familiar with the breadth of support she is able to provide, we have become more and more reliant on Naomi's help on a number of things. In particular, I don't think we would have managed to move house without Naomi's help on mortgages, and we have been really pleased with the returns we've seen on our investments despite the past few years having been a very uncertain period economically.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Sudden death of my husband. He didn’t have a Will and I needed help with probate and managing pension monies left to me.

Not totally, but this appears to be due to poor economic climate and volatile markets currently.

New investors need reassurance, regularly, and although the email news letters It’s About You, are informative I wonder if they could include some updates about how investments in companies/businesses are doing or predicted to do in future.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My former employer offered a pension, together with pension advice, from a large London-based company, which was when I first met Naomi. When she moved to Aspire, I and my pension moved with her.

How has Naomi Keith helped you?

Naomi has always been at the end of the phone or email and always ready to help with advice and, importantly in my case, reassure me when the money markets weren't doing so well. She has always been straight with me and not tried to sugarcoat her advice, which means I trust her and her advice, and that has always been to my advantage in terms of the way my pension and investments have grown. She has taken the time to understand my situation at different points in my career, the kind of life I lead and my concerns or hopes for the future. She has also sorted out the many disparate accounts and investments I had and they are much more streamlined now, and so easier for me to understand and manage - and they will be easier for my executor to understand and deal with after my death (not or a while yet, I hope!). Also, Naomi doesn't overwhelm me with documentation, and is ready to explain thoroughly anything she does send to me.

Yes, the performance has been good and I currently feel confident in my financial position.
