What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had to take over my mother’s investments when she got dementia and to plan for how to pay for my mother’s care over the next few years.
How has Naomi Keith helped you?
Naomi has been wonderful. She is clearly highly intelligent and very expert in her knowledge. She is also very kind and understanding of the difficult circumstances. She’s also very proactive in making incredibly useful suggestions.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. Naomi and her lovely colleagues have managed my mother’s money and given advice to the extent that we can probably now afford to keep my mother in her own home for several years.
What could they have done better?
No improvements needed.

How has Naomi Keith helped you since your last review?
Naomi has continued to remain in regular contact with me. Naomi has responded to any of my queries within 24 hour, if not, a maximum of 48 hours. Naomi, analyses my financial situation holistically, for example, she is always contemplating my wife's financial situation and advises me on the best way to maximise each of ours tax allowances. My wife and I are actually meeting her early next month. Naomi is super considerate and will always come to wherever best suits me, recognising my mobility constraints.
