What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
As my wife and I are in our early sixties, we started to actively think about the next stage of our life, post retirement. We had a variety of pension pots accumulated over a lifetime of work and felt that we needed help to draw together a complete picture of our assets and create a plan for how best to manage these. We were introduced to Naoimi via a good friend who worked with her in a similar capacity.
How has Naomi Keith helped you?
Naomi has been absolutely brilliant through the whole process. She worked with us to gather detailed information about our assets and then formulated a plan to make best use of these going into retirement. Stand-out aspects of our work with Naomi have been the extent to which we've truly felt listened to at every stage of the process; the way in which she took the time to understand us and our aspirations and when our circumstances changed half way through the process (ill health meant I had to bring forward my planned retirement date considerably) she took this in her stride and re-cut the plan to suit.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. I have now retired at the age of 61 which I had never dreamed possible. We have a plan for my wife to retire in 2026 and we are entirely debt and mortgage-free. This is a huge achievement we simply could not have imagined without the support of Naomi and everyone at Aspire.
What could they have done better?
Difficult to think how things could have been improved really. Communication has been great, the outcome is better than we'd ever imagined and everyone at Aspire has been nothing but friendly and professional.

My family have a mixed portfolio of property and assets to manage on behalf of my father, under power of attorney. We required IHT advice, care planning and impartial product advice.
How has Naomi Keith helped you?
Since taking over a complex family estate Naomi has been the best adviser I have worked with, and I've worked with a few! She is an excellent strategic-thinker and long-term planner and extremely knowledgable of the pros and cons of the various of financial options available.
