What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
When my husband retired we needed specialist financial advice.
How has Ken Hall helped you?
From our first meeting with Ken we felt that we could rely on him to give expert personal advice on our financial affairs. His help has been even more important since my husband died. He has always been there when I needed advice - calm, caring and experienced, and generous with his time. I have complete confidence in his expertise and knowledge. If it were possible to give him ten stars rather than five I would!

This year we sadly lost my Mother and we turned to Ken for support with ongoing financial discussions and planning. As I have worked with Ken both on my personal and business planning I knew I could be assured of good solid and supportive advise.

Pension planning, inheritance / probate, ongoing business planning and advice.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
These plans are a work in progress but all looks good now and for the future.
What could they have done better?
Ken is always available for questions big and small and adds clarity to each situation as it arises. I very much value his advise and support.
