I have received an Actuary report regarding Pension distribution options. Kim has analysed the report and identified certain areas that require certain specialist input to enable me to try to achieve the best possible outcome. She has identified then also put me in touch with these specialists. Thank you so much for your astute professional guidance.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I've had a significant change in life circumstances and need to make a set of financial decisions as a result.

How has Kimberley Sare helped you?

Kim has been compassionate and kind, gentle and clear. I'm on such a learning curve and she is taking me through this with the utmost care. I love her holistic approach to understanding (and helping me understand) what I truly want my finances to do for me. She has given me such valuable food for thought, not only for my finances but for my future as a whole. She instils complete trust and confidence.

We are still working on this.

What could they have done better?

I'm still not entirely clear what I'm paying for the service.

To help me navigate a financially complicated divorce.

Kim has helped me lots. Her knowledge is incredible, she has been supportive, patient and has helped me see beyond my current situation and really consider my future. She deciphered my PODE report, and using cash flow modelling helped me weigh my options for a settlement. She is implementing my financial plan as a Fully Guided client.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

The outcome and the relationship I have with Kim has exceeded my expectations! I had an advisor when I was married who I wasn't very happy with, so I came into it with some degree of anxiety. Kim 'gets' me and helped me figure out what I wanted to achieve straight away. Very refreshing. If it hadn't been for her advice, I may well have made some big mistakes.

What could they have done better?

Literally nothing. I have already recommended her to friends and family and do so with complete confidence.

Kimberley is very approachable and welcoming! I liked her immediately. She put my mind at ease about issues that I’d been really struggling on my own with.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We needed some assistance as we approached retirement.

How has Kimberley Sare helped you?

Kimberley helped us in several ways. She initially spent time getting to know us and our plans for our retirement. We weren't expecting so many in depth questions about us as people and although this was initially surprising (even a bit uncomfortable) it was one of the most valuable parts of the whole experience as it made us deeply reflect on what we wanted for our future. She formulated a very detailed financial plan, and then implemented the actions that had been identified. She helped us prepare for retirement by bringing our pensions together, gave us a retirement income strategy and helped us with tax planning. She also did cash flow modelling which our previous advisor didn't do, which was extremely insightful, and reassuring to boot.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Very much so. We felt like our affairs weren't quite in order before we sought advice. But having gone through the three steps we now feel completely confident as we enter our retirement. I really appreciated Kimberley's direct approach and her transparency throughout.
