So far I have been happy with the results and the advice, I am looking forward to seeing how the next stage goes.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to transfer my [private] pension to another provider. I felt pension providers too difficult to make judgement on,expecially for my time of life (I had passed my Normal Retirment Date - NRD). Adrian decided what I was seeking to be more bullish than I should have been. He suggested a more appropriate level of risk (a little lower). After one year, during Trump's tariffs (yet to end) and during economic uncertainties including wars in Ukraine and Gaza, I am very pleased with the pension fund's performance. Better than I may have been aiming for, in fact.

'Calmed me down' in my probably being too bullish in my aims. Reminding me to make plans for my estate and pension should I lose my ability to handle it, May I add that Adrian's staff have also been very helpful, polite and patient.

I am not sure. Slightly lower ongoing fee, maybe?

I'd sold a business and was loooking for support in putting together the right financial strategy for my new cicumstances.

I can't think of anything, he's always been available to speak when required.

My former adviser was retiring and I asked a well respected friend previously in the field of insurance and financial affairs whom he would recommend to take over

This is a longer term project but everything seems to be going according to plan
