What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

As I have an investment portfolio with AFH I have had a number of advisers over the years. Mandy came as a replacement at the beginning of the year. During our discussions she showed her depth of knowledge, was able to reassure me and suggested elements for future development.

After the meeting there was an issue with power of attorney. There was an immediate reply but issue is still ongoing. No worries this end.

It is still ongoing. I have complete faith in Mandy as she was able to show her understanding and had done her research prior to the meeting.

No, given the turbulence and challenges within the finance markets, still done ok.

I had numerous investments and pensions that had been neglected for some years I needed to review my retirement options and fund a complex project to support my retirement

I don't believe Mandy could have done anything more - as stated my situation was complex. even though my finanaces had been neglected I have a good knowledge of Financial services and products I am confident that Mandy explored every avenue available to me and utilised her network if there was something that she need to validate - she is exceptionally thorough
