Alex has been assisting three of my family over the past 10 years wth excellent advice and help, and I realised that my savings could be better invested with his knowledge.

We have had an FA for some time due to my husbands private pension but he retired, and Alex was recommended by friends.

How has Alex Turco helped you?

Alex came to see us just before my husband had a serious accident and was very helpful and supportive in sorting out our finances which had not been well managed for some time. Following Jon’s accident Alex came to see me with my daughter present to guide us through any changes we needed to make. When Jon left hospital we were trying to access Continuing Health Care for him which initially wasn’t successful but Alex guided us through the steps needed to ensure Jon’s money was secure and which monies to spend on his care and setting up our home to enable care to take place at home. He has continued to advise us on the best way forward since Jon has received full funding from CHC and advised regarding accessing the tax free element of Jon’s pension before his 75th birthday and putting in place an income drawdown for Jon. He has also set up and added to existing share ISA’s

Financial affairs are ongoing, overall increases in our portfolio over the years.

What could they have done better?

I’m not sure I know enough to answer that question, one of the many reasons we have Alex.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I inherited money that I wanted invested for my future care needs.

He has explained carefully to me how I can best invest my money and get an income from it. He is an excellent listener and has become a good trusted friend.

As far as I am concerned Alex has done an excellent job, there is nothing else he could have done better.
