To ensure our savings and investments were in the right place to ensure we could cover the cost of university education for our children and provide for a secure retirement.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. It has made me and my husband much more confident that we can reduce our working hours and still be secure so it has put our minds at rest and provided us with sensible choices for the future. She also advised that I claim on my life insurance for the cancer I was treated for a few years ago. I didn't need the money at the time and didn't even think about life insurance, but she suggested that as I may be entitled to it, I should claim it even if I give it away to charity. She was absolutely correct, and I have managed to successfully claim and I would never have thought of doing so were it not for her.

What could they have done better?

I can't think of anything.

I was unhappy with my existing advisor. I was ignored. There was no proactive advice. The service was purely reactive.

Efficiently and quickly transferred my pensions and other investments to a new and better provider. She has put my mind at rest about my pension and that it will sustain a comfortable retirement to well past my 100th birthday should I live that long.

Yes. I'm confident that I will now get a proactive service and that competent, qualified and experienced person is looking after my finances.
