Nothing, value does go up and down due to world situation

I had a number of pension pots that I didn't feel were performing. Additionally I didn't feel confident about dealing with my pensions or making good decisions to sort my finances out.

How has Tom Palmer helped you?

Tom has helped in a number of ways. I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious about my finances, Tom helped me to go through my pensions and financial assets, discuss what was worrying me and think through what I wanted and needed. He offered a professional presence which calmed and reassured me that there were relatively quick solutions to sorting my finances out. He advised on tax and inheritance issues and gave me useful advice about how to improve my financial situation.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I now have a regular, tax free income and a portfolio of medium risk investments which have already grown in value in a short time. I no longer worry about my finances and feel in a much better place mentally.

What could they have done better?

I can't think of anything.
